Das „Vienna’s English Theatre“ war wieder einmal zu Gast im Südburgenland – Kulturzentrum Güssing – und spielte für unsere Schüler/innen der 3. und 4. Klassen. Alle konnten sich beim Stück „Rob and the Hoodies“ vom schauspielerischen Talent der Native Speaker überzeugen. Dabei wurde auf spannende und zugleich humorvolle Weise das Thema Mobbing behandelt. Bei manchen Szenen durften die Schüler sogar selbst auf der Bühne mitwirken. Das Theaterstück – eine moderne Version von Robin Hood – wurde im Englisch-Unterricht gut vorbereitet und erarbeitet.
On Tuesday, 4th April the third and fourth-year classes went to Güssing to see the Vienna English Theatre’s production of Rob and the Hoodies. Having read the play in class the pupils were easily able to understand almost everything and enjoyed what was a very lively and highly entertaining performance by the four young actors, who all played multiple roles.
The great applause at the end showed that the students really enjoyed the performance.
